What We Do
Full-service auto repair
and collision body work
Mechanical Repair
From brake pads to timing belts, we diagnose and fix what's actually wrong — not what sounds like it needs replacing.
Collision Repair
Dent, scratch, or full-front damage — we restore your vehicle to factory condition, not just close enough to pass inspection.
Paint & Body Work
Color-matched paint, panel replacement, and frame straightening. Your car leaves the bay looking like it rolled off the lot.
Insurance Claims
We work directly with your insurer — handle the paperwork, walk you through the process, and keep you informed every step.
Routine Maintenance
Oil changes, fluid top-offs, tire rotations, and inspections. Keep your car running right between the bigger jobs.
Estimates & Assessments
Free, no-pressure estimates so you know exactly what the repair involves — and what it'll cost — before you hand over your keys.
Our Story
Built on a simple idea:
do the job right
Vincenzo with Downtown Auto Body started with one principle that hasn't changed: your car deserves the same care you'd give your own. We're not a chain. We're not trying to upsell you something you don't need. We're a Milwaukee shop on North Holton Street, and we've spent years earning the trust of people who live, work, and drive right here.
Whether it's a fender bender after a snow day on I-94 or a check-engine light that's been on too long, we treat every vehicle the way we'd want ours treated — with patience, honesty, and attention to the details that actually matter.
Why Downtown Auto Body
The difference is in the details
Honest estimates, no games
We tell you what needs doing and what can wait. If a repair isn't necessary, we'll say so — and explain why.
Quality parts, proper technique
OEM or quality aftermarket — we use the right parts for the right job, and we install them the way they're supposed to go.
Milwaukee locals, through and through
We know these roads, these weather conditions, and what your car endures every winter. That experience matters.
Clear communication, always
You'll know what's happening with your car at every stage — from drop-off to pickup. No guessing, no radio silence.
